DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and confirm your date. The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Custom cakes require at least 2 weeks’ notice. Wedding cakes and large specialty orders should be booked 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and design.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! Delivery is available subject to scheduling and availability. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within 20 miles. Delivery outside of this radius may include a fee.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?
Modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, changes are not guaranteed.

WHAT ALLERGENS SHOULD I BE AWARE OF?
All of my cakes and treats contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, soy, and gluten. While peanuts are not in every recipe, they may come in contact with shared equipment.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
For shipped items (such as cake jars), USPS Priority Mail is used. Orders are packed carefully with insulation to help keep them cool, but please be mindful of weather and handling during transit.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES OR DESIGNS BEYOND THE PRICE LIST?
Absolutely! The listed sizes and prices are starting points. Shapes like square, star, or taller statement cakes are also available. Please reach out with your ideas for a personalized quote.
